Refund policy
Terms for 30-Day Standard Return Guarantee
We believe in results—not empty promises.
If you use your TheraSkin device daily for at least 10 minutes a day for 14 consecutive days and don't see any visible improvement, we'll give you your money back.
Here's how it works:
- Email us at therahealer@outlook.com within 30 days of your package being delivered.
- Submit brief daily video clips (1–2 minutes each) showing consistent product use for 14 consecutive days.
- The videos must show you using the device on your skin as recommended.
- If there's no visible improvement by the end of the 14 days, you can ship the product back and we'll refund you in full.
We only ask for this to protect our policy from abuse. This guarantee is here for real customers who gave it an honest try. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at therahealer@outlook.com.
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages Returned to Sender for any reason.
Please enter correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at therahealer@outlook.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applicable in order to reship the package to the amended address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at therahealer@outlook.com.
